Eric Daniel Pierre Cantona was born 24 May 1966 in Paris and is a French former footballer of the late 1980s and 1990s. He ended his professional footballing career at Manchester United where he won four Premier League titles in five years, including two League and FA Cup Doubles.
Cantona's first football club was Auxerre, where he spent two years in the youth team before making his debut on 5 November 1983. After playing in France for some time Cantona began to get himself in trouble over football and got several match bans, some for as long as a month. For Cantona this all became too much and he announced he was retiring from football in 1991. The French national team coach Michel Platini was a fan of Cantona, and persuaded him to make a comeback because he admired his talent. So Cantona eventually moved to England to start his comeback.
In January 1992 Cantona joined Leeds United but then left Leeds for Manchester United for £1.2 million in November 1992. In 1994 Cantona was awarded PFA Players Player Of The Year. Cantona in 2001 was voted Manchester Uniteds player of the century, and to this day united fans refer to him as "King Eric". When at United Cantona had appeared 185 times and scored 82 premier league goals.

Gianfranco Zola was born on 5 July 1966 in Oliena, Sardinia and is a retired Italian footballer who played as a forward and, since 11 September 2008 he has been the manager of English Premier League side West Ham United.
He spent the first decade of his career playing in Italy with club Napoli, alongside the legendary Argentinean Diego Maradona before moving to English side Chelsea in 1996 for a fee of £4.5 million, where he was voted Football Writers' Player of the Year in 1997 and Chelsea's greatest ever player. In his playing career, Zola played 634 games and scored 202 goals. Zola decided to leave and retire from football just a week before he turned 39.

Ian Edward Wright was born on 3 November 1963. He is an English former professional footballer, who is now a television and radio personality.
Ian Wright became a professional footballer at the age of 21 when he signed for London club Crystal Palace in 1985. Wright had scored an amazing 117 goals in 253 appearances in all competitions in six seasons for Palace. In 1991 Wright signed for another London club being Arsenal for £2.5 million. Alan Shearer was born on 13 August 1970 and he is a retired English footballer. He played as a striker for Southampton, Blackburn Rovers, Newcastle United and for the England national team. He is widely considered as one of the greatest English strikers of all time.
Shearer made his professional debut with English club Southampton in 1988. Shearer done well at Southampton as he became the youngest player to score a hat-trick at the age of 17. During his time with Southampton shearer got a place in the England under 21s squad where he rose to national fame. Shearer played for Southampton for four years appearing 158 times and scoring 43 goals. It was in 1992 that shearer made a move to Blackburn Rovers for a fee of £ 3.3 million. When at Blackburn shearer helped the club snatch the premier league title from Manchester united in the 1994/95 season. His efforts for the club earned him the award of player of the year in 1995. In 1996 shearer eventually signed for his home club Newcastle for a record fee of £15 million. Shearer made his debut for the club in August 1996 and was in tremendous form finishing as the premier league top scorer for the third season. When playing for Newcastle shearer suffered numerous injuries which restricted his game time. In 2000 shearer retired from international football and then eventually retired in the summer of 2005 from league football. Through his footballing career shearer has scored a grand total of 379 goals for clubs and country. Shearer was inducted into the English hall of fame in 2004.

George passed away on the 25th November 2005. George will always be remembered by a quote from the Irish locals "Maradona good, Pele better but George Best."

Paul John Gascoigne was born on 27 May 1967 and commonly referred to as Gazza. He is a retired English professional football player who also tried as a manager and coach. Playing in the position of midfield, Gascoigne's career included spells at Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, Lazio, Rangers, Middlesborough and Everton.
Paul Gascoigne began his football career at Newcastle United in 1980 playing through their youth team until 1985 when he made it to the first team. At the end of the 1997/98 season Gascoigne was named player of the year and also received transfer offers from Manchester United and Tottenham. He did exceptionally well at Rangers scoring 30 goals in 74 appearances. Gascoigne also played for his national team England from 1988 to 1998. In 2005 Gascoigne was appointed manager of Kettering Town but he only lasted 39 days due to alcohol problems.

Edison Arantes do Nascimento was born on 23 October 1940 and is best known by his nickname Pele. He is a retired Brazilian football player. He was given the title "Athlete of the Century" by the International Olympic Committee and in 1999 Time Magazine named Pele one of the 100 Most Important People of the 20th Century.
Pele began playing professional football for Santos in 1956 at age 15 and his national team at age 16, and won his first World Cup at age 17. Pele stayed with Santos for almost two decades until 1974 when he moved to play for New York Cosmos for three seasons. Pele played in the role of playmaker putting his excellent dribbling passing and heading skills to good use. Pele retired from professional football in 1977 and is now a worldwide ambassador for football.

Dalglish became player-manager of Liverpool and guided them to the club's first ever "double" by the end of his first season in charge, 1985–86. Dennis Bergkamp was born on the 10th of May 1969 is a retired Dutch and Arsenal professional footballer. Bergkamp made his debut against Middlesbrough on the 19th August 1995. Bergkamp officially retired from competitive football on the 17th of May 2006 after the 2006 Champions League final game against FC Barcelona. The last game he played for Arsenal was also the last game at Highbury, against Wigan Athletic on 7 May 2006 the final Premier League game of that season. Sir Bobby Robson Signed Memorabilia
Sir Robert William Robson CBE was born, 18th of February 1933, and passed away on the 31th of July 2009. He was an English footballer and, after retirement, manager of seven European clubs and the England national team. He played as a forward and spanned nearly 20 years, during which he played for three clubs, Fulham, West Brom, and for a short spell Vancouver. He also made 20 appearances for England. After retiring from profesional football he found success as both a club and international manager, winning league championships in, Netherlands and Portugal, earning trophies in England and Spain, and taking England to the semi-final of the 1990 World Cup.
Robson was created a Knight Bachelor in 2002,and was inducted as a member of the English Football Hall of Fame in 2003. On the 7th of July 1982, two days after England were knocked out of the 1982 World Cup, he succeeded Ron Greenwood as coach of the English national team, selecting former West Bromwich team-mate Don Howe as his chief coach. Robson moved to Newcastle United in September 1999 following the resignation of Ruud Gullit.
He held the Newcastle post until 30 August 2004, when he was dismissed by Freddy Shepherd, after a poor start to the Premier League season.

John Charles Byran Barnes MBE born 7 November 1963 in Kingston, Jamaica. aged 46, is a Jamaican-born English football manager and former player. His most recent managerial post was at English League One club, Tranmere Rovers. During his playing career, he had successful periods at Watford and Liverpool in the 1980's and 1990's, winning the First Division twice, the FA Cup twice, and playing for England 79 times, then a record for a black player. He ended his playing career at Charlton Athletic in 1999. After retiring as a player, he became Head-coach of Celtic for a short time, working alongside Kenny Dalglish. Barnes took over as manager of the Jamaica national team on 1 November 2008 but resigned six months later to take over at Tranmere. He was sacked by Tranmere on 9 October 2009 after a series of poor results. Over 19 years in top flight football John made a total of 588 appearances with 5 clubs and scored a total of 155 goals. Johns honors over his career with Liverpool were amazing and are listed here with wins starting 1987/88 League Championship Division 1, 1988/89 Charity Shield, 1988/89 FA Cup, 1989/90 Charity Shield, 1989/90 League Championship Division 1, 1990/91 Charity Shield Shared, 1991/92 FA Cup and 1994/95 League Cup.

Joseph Kevin Keegan, OBE born 14 February 1951 is a former international footballer, and former manager of several English clubs, including Newcastle United where he acquired his nicknames 'King Kev' and 'The Geordie Messiah.' Keegan has also managed the England national football team. He began his playing career at Scunthorpe United in 1968, before moving to Liverpool of Division One in 1971. At Liverpool, Keegan won three First Division titles, two UEFA Cups, one FA Cup and the European Cup. He also gained his first England cap in 1972, and moved to German top-flight club Hamburger SV in the summer of 1977. At Hamburg he was crowned European Footballer of the Year in both 1978 and 1979, won the Bundesliga title in 1978–79, and reached the European Cup final the following year. Keegan moved to Southampton that summer, and spent two seasons at the club before a transfer to second-tier Newcastle United in 1982. He helped Newcastle to promotion in his second season, and retired from football in 1984, having been capped 63 times for England, scoring 21 goals. He moved into management at Newcastle in 1992, again returning the club to the top-flight, as Second Division champions. After promotion, Keegan's Newcastle finished second in the Premier League in 1995–96, after leading the table most of the season. After a spell at Fulham, he took charge of the England team in 1999 but resigned in the autumn of 2000, following a loss against Germany in World Cup qualification this was also the last game at the old Wembley Stadium. He then became manager of Manchester City in 2001 and spent four years at the club before resigning in 2005. He had been out of football for almost three years when he returned to Newcastle United for a second spell as manager in January 2008. This spell lasted only eight months, however, as Keegan resigned on 4 September 2008 following days of speculation regarding a dispute with the club directors.
